I’m honored to endorse Alison Miller, as our next UUA President. Alison is a pillar of strength, true beloved spirit, that cares so deeply for others. In our time of need, Alison will be there for us. She has drawn the circle wide in welcoming so many members into her congregation. I have served with her on two critical occasions, Washington Crossing UUs centennial anniversary, and the Rev. Kimberly Quinn Johnson’s ordination. Alison’s messages went deep, and encircled everyone in the room with reminders of our painful civil rights history, but offered the clear path forward, a message of hard work, unity, and forgiveness. With Alison’s consistent message, actions, and leadership in social justice (UU Legislative Ministry of NJ), we WILL grow, and move forward as UUs, stronger together, with love.
