Alison became a mother at the same time she was helping me become a minister, leading a growing congregation that needed two services each Sunday, and laying the groundwork for a major capital campaign. Among other things. In two years of internship, I never saw her flustered, confused about priorities, or leaping to unwarranted conclusions.
Alison understands the power in collaboration, how to build and lead good teams, and how to grow souls. Because the world needs a robust and growing UU movement, the UUA needs Alison Miller as its next President.
